What happens when I reach my lead import limit?
When you reach your lead import limit, Kanbox automatically stops further imports. The import will resume at the start of your next billing cycle. In the meantime, you can fully use the leads already imported. If you need more leads immediately, you can upgrade to a higher plan for increased limits.
Do I need a LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription to use Kanbox?
No, all Kanbox features are fully functional without a Sales Navigator subscription. However, using Sales Navigator allows you to increase your daily lead import limits compared to the free version of LinkedIn. This subscription is optional and must be purchased separately from LinkedIn.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, if you choose the monthly payment option, you can cancel anytime without commitment. However, both monthly and annual plans are non-refundable. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Kanbox features until the end of your current billing period.
How does the "Multi-account" feature work?
The Multi-account feature allows you to stay connected to multiple LinkedIn accounts simultaneously without logging in and out. You can seamlessly switch between inboxes to respond to messages, manage automated prospecting campaigns, and oversee CRM pipelines for each account — all from one interface.
This feature gives you complete control over the inboxes, campaigns, and pipelines of each connected account, making it easy to manage multiple LinkedIn profiles efficiently. For the "Agency" plan, you can also use your own proxies for added flexibility.
How does the "Team" feature work?
The "Team" feature enables collaboration while respecting individual account privacy. By default, the team owner does not have access to the inbox, pipelines, or campaigns of other team members.
However, team members can choose to grant the owner:
- Read-only access: The owner can view their inbox and CRM pipelines.
- Full access: The owner can manage their inbox, pipelines, and campaigns. If the owner responds to a message in a member’s inbox, it will be sent on behalf of that member.
For added privacy, team members can tag specific conversations in their inbox as "Private Conversations," which will remain visible only to them, even if the owner has access.
This flexible permission system ensures collaboration and oversight while allowing team members to maintain control and privacy over their accounts.
How are automated campaigns managed?
Automated campaigns are managed through Kanban pipelines, where leads are automatically moved between columns based on their progress in the campaign sequence.
What are the Email Finder Credits?
Email enrichment credits allow you to find members who are missing email addresses on their Linkedin profiles. When an enrichment is triggered, it will cost 1 credit if email address is found.
Are Email Finder Credits shared across my team?
Yes, on plans with team features (Essential, Pro, and Agency), all team members' email finder credits are pooled together for shared use.
Do Email Finder Credits have an expiration date?
No, email credits do not expire. You can use them at your own pace without any time restrictions.

No, when you use Kanbox for the first time, all your 1st-degree connections and existing contacts synchronize automatically and are added to your Kanbox inbox, including conversation histories. This means they are integrated into Kanbox without the need to extract them from Linkedin or Sales Navigator.
